Public launch of the marsadnissa.tn website in October 2017
MRA Mobilising for Rights Associates and our Tunisian partners are pleased to announce the launch of in October 2017. The Tunisia website Observatory is the result of collective, community based efforts from across the country. We have collaborated with partner NGOs and local lawyers in diverse regions to develop an interactive, online database with a multi-criteria dynamic search engine appropriate for the court system and legal framework in Tunisia. Specific activities from fall 2016 – fall 2017 include:
- Launch meetings and Strategic Plannings with partners
- A series of local Working Group meetings in Tunis, Sidi Bouzid, Kairouan and Sfax with 80 participants, including NGO members, lawyers, labor union representatives, journalists and public actors to gather input into the Tunisia Website design, content, structure and uses
- Design, development, and launch of the Tunisia court decision database website.
